| IDEA | What I was suggesting is for the milestone “Consumables ordered” be change from one year out to closing an outage. This will insure the CSA contracts are able to support a emergent major. Also this will relieve the parts team from emergent consumables orders to more outliers being short cycled. They could still use the Outage excellent trailers and have backup incase any items are missing. Then replace only what was used out of there stock during outage. |
On Oct, 3rd will be held a Kaizen to improve the current O-NCP planning/flow process. The idea has been discussed during the prework.
